On the other hand, it is imagineering that makes a Disney park special. Because of this the cost is at least 10 percent more than in the USA. But even with this i must say it's hard to understand why it cost 22 Million $... To give you an idea, the TDL Winnie the Pooh Ride - the best version of the ride with LPS controlled vehicle - was less than $100M.
