X-Men Days of Future Past Short Review and End Credits Scene Explained !

I finally watched this afternoon in theatre X-Men Days of Future Past and i have to say that the film is absolutely fantastic! The editing is so perfect that there is no one shot that i would cut. Storyline, filming and visual effects are top and the cast is absolutely perfect ( but with such excellent actors... ). Without any doubt the best "X-Men" movie of the series, best super-heroes movie since a long time, and probably even better than Captain America : The Winter Soldier which was already excellent. Go ahead, go and watch it if it's not done yet!

By the way, also stay until the very end of the end credits as there is as usual an additional surprise sequence at the end, which looks great and brings new questions for the next X-Men : Apocalypse set to be released at the end of May 2016.

Look out, Spoiler! IF you've already watched X-Men Days of Future Past and didn't stayed till the end, here is this very final scene. And if just like me you're asking "what the hell all of this mean?!?" then watch the video HERE which will explain you all about this very last scene and what it means for the next X-Men movie.

More spoilers below, so always beware! :

"Days of Future Past end credits scene tease the villain of the next movie X-Men: Apocalypse. Apocalypse is a very powerful and dangerous enemy who has caused a lot of problems for the X-Men and X-Factor teams over the years. The scene shown at the end of the credits is set in Ancient Egypt, and we get to witness Apocalypse building the Great Pyramids with his powers. In a recent interview with CinemaBlend, screenwriter Simon Kinberg explains why they chose to go with that scene:

"What you see is Apocalypse sort of using his powers to manipulate the Pyramids. And in the shot, you can see The Four Horseman sort of in shadow, or silhouette. Now, when we make the movie, it will not take place in ancient times. We went back and forth a lot on… what that scene should be. Bryan and I just locked into this idea of seeing Apocalypse at the height of his power and glory, which is what we imagined would have been in Egyptian times. It was just to give a tease of, ‘This guy is super-powerful, and there was a moment in time when he was essentially treated as a god, and he’s going to rise again in X-Men: Apocalypse.’"

The actor playing Apocalypse in the end credits scene is young, but it was confirmed that the actor they used will NOT be playing Apocalypse in the 2016 sequel, and that this sequence was done just to show "that this force has been around for such a long time."
