Nikko P has posted a brilliantly edited video of the Tokyo Disney Sea 2015 Halloween parade titled "The Villains World". As usual at TDS the parade is happening on the Mediterranean Harbor lagoon with the villains on specially themed barges as well as dancers on the ground.
