Disneyland Paris Update !
After yesterday's WDS' Update here is the one about DLP Disneyland Park, thanks to Max Fan from Dlrp Welcome and D&M contributor. As usual, the month of january is the coldest one at DLP but this doesn't stop the guests to come in the park even when it's snowing. It's also the maintenance month as we will see in a few seconds. Let's start by Main Street U.S.A...
...Where the famous big coffee cup over Main Street Motors - was removed for maintenance. Apparently they will have too to do some repainting on the billboard.
Let's move to Sleeping Beauty Castle with Main Street Trolley!
The highly popular Disney Dreams show is undeniably great but the water projected by the fountains close to the castle bridge are not without consequences. It's no big drama but DLP maintenance should keep an eye on this and clean it regularly before it gets worse...
Let's move to Adventureland...
...Where Pirates of Caribbean is now closed for two months for it's biggest rehab in years. As i told you last week, and although it would be a good surprise, don't expect to see Jack Sparrow Audio-Animatronics and others new POTC special effects when it will re-open as it's apparently not in the program.
Something else in Discoveryland, now...
...as in Videopolis the Lion King stage is now being removed. The works inside Videopolis are hidden by giant curtains.
As i've told you, January is also the month during which chances are to have some snow in the park, which generally looks great. So far there has been just a little bit of snow but on this second part of the article we will have a look in areas of the park where you still can see it, beginning by Space Mountain dome. As you'll see the snow is not at all in the same proportions than in the previous years, and thanks to the clear blue sky, by the end of the day the snow had almost disappeared.
Let's move to Fantasyland...
Let's go to Frontierland!
Hope you enjoyed this DLP update, and as always i remind those of you who don't own yet my Disneyland Paris, From Sketch to Reality book that we're REALLY running low of the english collector copies and expect to be sold out of these pretty soon. You still can order your collector copy - and with a 20% discount - but sooner will be better than later if you don't want to pay $500 or more to Amazon resellers when the english collector's edition will be sold out.
You can use the one click Paypal button below to place your order or send me an email at: neverlandeditions@gmail.com And if you never seen the book yet have a look at the video below showing you the whole book which has 320 pages and 750 pictures including 250 WDI gorgeous artworks!

"Disney Infinity" , The New Amazing Disney Video Game With No Limits !
Disney Interactive just announced a new video game and i have the feeling that this one might be a big big hit when it will be released this summer on all major gaming platforms including PS3, Wii, Wii U, Xbox 360, and Nintendo 3DS!
So why is it going to be successful. Because Disney Infinity will virtually have no limits - that's why it's called "infinity"! - and you'll be able "to unlock the freedom to play with some of your favourite Disney and Disney/Pixar worlds like never before! You can experience adventures in the worlds of Pirates of the Caribbean, The Incredibles and Monsters University - take on the role of Sulley, the naturally gifted 'scarer'; become Captain Jack Sparrow, the sword-wielding pirate; or transform yourself into Mr. Incredible, one of the world's greatest crime-fighters. Battle enemies, solve puzzles, overcome obstacles and complete a variety of other unique quests.
Or create your own world! Unlock virtual toys, characters, buildings, weapons, gadgets and more -- and bring them into the Disney Infinity 'Toy Box' where you can mix them all up to create your own game. In the Disney Infinity Toy Box, there are no rules and you can create any adventure you want. Share your creations with your friends with up to 4-player co-op play. The more you'll play, the more you'll unlock so the story never ends. It'll be up to you and your imagination -- infinite possibilities, infinite ways to inspire your imagination!"
Go ahead and have a look at the trailer below! Disney Infinity will be available in Summer 2013. For more information join the official Disney Infinity Facebook page or visit the site HERE.

WDS Ratatouille Update : Ready for Theming
Thanks to Max Fan, from Dlrp Welcome and D&M contributor, here is a new update of the Ratatouille ride construction at the Walt Disney Studios. As i told you in my previous update the ride is expected to open spring 2014 but as you will see the buildings facades seems to be ready to start painting and theming. But, because of Paris usual long winter we might have to wait a bit before DLPI painters start to work on it, so again, just be patient.
The Ratatouille restaurant will take place in the building below.
The one below will be the ride entrance, right behind is the show building.
The worker below stands near the facade of what was before DLP costuming sewing shop ( now moved behind Star Tours ).
If you want to have an idea of how buildings will look once they will be themed this picture done by a DLP fan - who cleverly placed the blueprint over a photo shot by Jack Sully from Disneygazette.fr - should give you a better idea.
The DLP update will continue tomorrow and this time we will move to the Disneyland park!
Something important for those of you who don't own yet my Disneyland Paris, From Sketch to Reality book. As i've told you we're running low of the english collector copies and expect to be sold out of these ones pretty soon. You still can order your collector copy - and with a 20% discount - but sooner will be better than later if you don't want to pay $500 or more to Amazon resellers when the english collector's edition will be sold out.
