30 seconds clip from awaited Pixar short animated " Partly Cloudy " !

Pixar released on the Animation World Network thirty seconds - probably the beginning - of the awaited new Pixar short animated "Partly Cloudy".

I remember you the exciting synopsis: "Everyone knows that the stork delivers babies, but where do the storks get the babies from? The answer lies up in the stratosphere, where cloud people sculpt babies from clouds and bring them to life...

... Gus, a lonely and insecure grey cloud, is a master at creating ‘dangerous’ babies. Crocodiles, porcupines, rams and more—Gus’s beloved creations are works of art, but more than a handful for his loyal delivery stork partner, Peck. As Gus’s creations become more and more rambunctious, Peck’s job gets harder and harder. How will Peck manage to handle both his hazardous cargo and his friend’s fiery temperament?"

If you loved the famous Dumbo storks opening sequence, this first 30 seconds of Partly Cloudy should delight you, it's absolutely charming.

As "pixaramabloger" succeed to upload it on youtube, you can watch it below or on the
Animation World Network HERE.

It's not over yet, as you will find on AWN.com a brilliant interview of Peter Sohn, Partly Cloudy director. By the way, Peter Sohn was the inspiration for the little boy, Russell, in UP!. Very interesting interview that i strongly recommand you to read HERE.

Also, i remember you that you can find a beautiful Partly Cloudy high-res image in a previous D&M article HERE.

I really, really liked Up. I really, really TRIED to like Partly Cloudy, but, unfortunately, I just couldn't! This is the first thing to come out of Emeryville that I haven't given a 10 out of 10! The short was beautiful music and animation-wise, but it wasn't satisfying at all story-wise.

Read my full review of Up and its short here (http://disneyetc.blogspot.com/2009/05/my-review-of-up-and-partly-cloudy.html).
