Hurricane Season Grand Opening !
That's it, it's the Hurricane Season Grand Opening with three tropical storms - Claudette, Ana and Bill - arriving towards east Florida or West Antiguas. Each of them could potentially become a hurricane, especially "Bill" in the next 24 hours.
The title of this article may seem provocative, but i seriously hope that the upcoming hurricanes of this 2009 season won't be too destructive.
Considering that the Hurricane season begin in August and last in November, I strongly suggest to any of you planning a trip in Florida or the Mexico Gulf to have a look before departure at the National Hurricane Center web site.

Hurricane season actually started June 1, and it has thankfully been very quiet until now (which is the peak hurricane season anyway). I just hope no storm takes a turn up the American Atlantic coast; Connecticut is supposed to get a major hurricane every 60 years; our last was in 1938...
ho...
i'll be in WDW in september (and after, miami) so, i HOPE that i will haven't any hurricane ! :(
thanks for the link, i'll check it :)
Yes, the hurricane season is supposed to start on June, but in reality it REALLY start when the first hurricanes arrive, that's why i choose this title.
