Shanghaî Disneyland : New Aerial Views of Disney Town and Around...

You have a major Shanghaî Disneyland pictorial update waiting for you below but here are a few additional aerial pictures not showing only the park itself but what's around it. The fully vertical shots also give to some of the pics something a bit abstract which is not uninteresting.

Anyway, on the picture above you can see the buses and taxis parking lot located close to SDL Tomorrowland that you can see too on the right with the blue TRON dome.

The next picture below shows Disney Town, as well as the park entrance and Mickey Avenue on the top. Located on the left of the park entrance Disney Town is where The Lion King musical will play every night in the Walt Disney Grand Theatre. If you enlarge the picture you'll also see clearly the path allowing SDL guests to exit the park and enter directly in Disney Town.

Next picture shows again the parking lot for buses and taxis but also the roundabout and others different roads leading to the park and resort.

This last picture is another perfect vertical shot over the Toy Story Hotel. Sure, you can see all the air-con and ventilation systems on the roofs that guests won't see from the ground, but also the two outdoors areas on the center of this giant "8" that the TSL Hotel is - ! being a "lucky" number in China. The vertical shot also reinforce the geometrical aspect of the whole thing.

See you soon for a new Shanghaî Disneyland update!

I think the Toy Story Hotel is also intended to be shaped like an infinity symbol(as in "To infinty... and beyond!"), but if 8 is a lucky number in Chinese culture, that fits perfectly with what Bob Iger said about Shanghai Disneyland being "authentically Disney and distinctly Chinese"!

It's Disneytown. One word. No capital T.
