Rare Disneyland Paris Sam McKim Fun Map Available in Mega High-Res Definition

The Disneyland Paris Sam McKim Fun Map was released when DLP opened in 1992 and since 20 years is almost impossible to find. Very very rare map... until today as the Disneyland Paris Treasures fan site posted it an incredible mega definition - 10000 x 6222 Px , equivalent to a 66 Mega Pixel picture - and you can download it HERE.

Don't hesitate to zoom in this amazing map as you will discover that locations of DLP future attractions - as envisioned in 1992 and finally never built ( Little Mermaid , Beauty and the Beast, Indiana Jones Adventure, Discovery Mountain ) were indicated precisely on the map. Have also a look at his website HERE where he tells more and explore the map in details.

The download link above send you on the site Facebook page which will redirect you to the download page after you "like" its page. Again, the high-res scan is just perfect, so don't miss it!

And what's Disney got for Avatar? A rehash of Soarin, a boat ride, and a walk through. Wow.

Sad, that's the Beauty and the Beast an the Little Mermaid Darkrides never was realized. They are one of my favorite Disney movies.

Too bad I cannot get the high res picture (I´m not a facebook user) (btw, thanks to Anonymous for sharing his knowledge gained on his latest time travel... and just to inform you: Frozen is racist, anti-feminist, and ignores global warming... no, i haven´t seen the movie, but the internet told me so, and when has the internet ever been wrong? (Just my complicated way of saying: why not just wait until you actually *know* something...))

Thanks a million for the link, Alain. I have just joined Facebook - just to get the scan..:-) I own the 2nd edition (with Disneyland Paris on it, instead of Euro Disneyland) - this original first edition will make a great addition to my collection. Thanks again.

Hi,

I have a copy of this map in my "Disneyland souvenirs" box, and it always has been one of my favorite item so thanks for the scan.

I had this poster on my bedroom wall as a child. I loved it and looked at it every evening before going to bed. I think it was responsible for making me into a Disney fan for life!

Thanks for posting this Alain. :)

My parents bought a copy of it when they first went to Euro Disney, 21 years ago. Now it lays somewhere in my bedroom. Aaaaah, memories ...
